The Magic of Details: Why Small Things Make a Big Impact

The Magic of Details: Why Small Things Make a Big Impact

They say the devil is in the details, but sometimes, so is the magic.

How often do we truly pause to appreciate the small, subtle things that elevate our everyday lives? The perfect shade of a sunset, the warmth of a favourite jumper, or how a simple sentence can make us feel. These moments matter, and that’s exactly what the SENSES Gradient Series is all about…

Capturing beauty in the details, in the gradients of colour and meaning.

In a world obsessed with speed, convenience, and efficiency, we often overlook the art of attention to detail. The SENSES Gradient Series challenges this norm by inviting us to slow down and engage with art that is both beautiful and thought-provoking. With each carefully designed print, we’re asked to consider how we perceive the world around us, to feel more deeply, to listen more closely, and to look more intently. It’s not just about seeing colour or shapes; it’s about understanding how these elements make us feel.

Imagine staring at a piece of art and finding yourself questioning the very way you experience your senses.

  • Are we really listening?
  • Are we truly feeling, or just touching?

The SENSES Gradient Series doesn’t just present art, it invites you into a conversation with your own senses, encouraging you to reflect on how much we miss by rushing through life.

This isn’t just art; it’s an invitation to slow down and rethink the everyday. Join the conversation today and back the SENSES Gradient Series to own a piece of conceptual art that challenges the way you experience the world.

Steit Slings

I am Steit Slings. Interested in Art, Music, Food, Travel, Life. Ever since I could pronounce the word I wanted to become an architect. Build stuff. Make the world a better place trough architecture. At an age of about 10 years old I bought a Sinclair ZX81 with 16Kb with my brother. The modern fridge has more memory. More memory than the Sinclair, not my brother. My educational journey took me via architecture and art into IT where I’ve spend my time building digital architecture. Build stuff. The love for architecture and art never left. Recently I decided to spend more time doing the things I love the most. Build stuff. Born in an age where computers and digital media were new and daring. Computers and art combinations were rare. I created installations that were computer operated or on-screen manifestations. Alongside with more traditional forms of art and commercial products. I am still active as an (Interim) CTO/CIO and divide my time between IT and Art, trying to find interesting crossovers. Contact me for more information.
